How to order and receive your music
FAQ's
1. Q. When will I receive my music?
A. Within 24 hours or less (in most cases)
2. Q. How will my music be sent?
A. Your sheet music will be sent via email unless otherwise requested. Accompaniment CD's will be sent USPS the next day.
3. Q. Will I require any downloads to be able to open my files?
A. No, not if you already have Acrobat reader on your computer. Your files will be sent as a pdf file which will open using Acrobat reader. If you do not have acrobat reader already on your computer you can download it for free at

4. Q. What happened to the Finale file samples of music you used to have?
A. We've brought them back! Now MOST of the songs have a link to simply click on to view and listen to a short sample of the song you selected.
5. Q. Can I pay using Visa or Mastercard?
A. Yes you can use Visa or Mastercard as well as Discover, Am. express and e-checks by clicking on the Paypal buttons provided by each title.
6. Q. Why am I being charged so much just for one copy of music?
A. You are paying for the permission to photocopy all the copies you need for one choir. For example, if you have a choir of 50 people, you can make 50 copies, if you have 100 people, you can make 100 copies! At this rate, it's a bargain! If you plan on using the music for a smaller choir, or just for yourself, we have a lower cost available upon request, just write to songsofroland@yahoo.com for more information.
7. Q. If I ordered the music for one choir, can I use this music for another one or lend it to a different choir director to use?
A. Technically, no. You are given the permission to make copies for one choir only (especially when you order at the special rate which grants you unlimited copies). The other director or choir will need to buy permission to photocopy as well.
8. Q. Why can't I just buy a single copy and make as many copies as I want anyway?
A. For one thing, that is not legal. However, there is no way of "policing" everyone to make sure they are complying with the law. In all fairness to the composers who have worked so hard to bring this music to us, I appeal to your honesty, to please help support these artists and the charities this site supports. Prices are kept low enough so that they are afforable and reasonable. Believe me, no one is getting rich off this site (we can't quit our "day jobs"). This is simply a service we offer to bring our music to people who wouldn't ordinarily get a chance to experience it. Thank you.
9. Q. Can I keep a copy of the music on my computer in case I lose it?
A. Yes, this is recommended, or save a backup copy of it to disk. As long as you are the only one using it for the choir it was originally intended, and you are not making any more photocopies than you originally paid for, this is fine.
10. Q. Can I get a refund if I don't like the music?
A. I urge you to look the music over carefully BEFORE you purchase it by requesting a sample to be sent to you via email or even US Postal service. Once I send the purchased files to you, there's no way of proving to me that you have not kept them on your computer. Therefore, I generally do NOT refund your money, however, there might be special circumstances in which I'll be willing to do so, such as for accompaniment CD's you might not be satisfied with. I also offer refunds if you purchased a song that is on special and paid more for it than was necessary because the Paypal link was not updated
11. Q. I ordered my music several days ago and still have not received it in my email.
A. Your music has been sent, check to make sure you have enough room in your mailbox to receive a file as large as I am sending. Pdf files take up quite a bit of space, you might need to clean out the backlog of mail in your mailbox to make room for the music. Also double check the email address you used when you ordered the music. Sometimes customers have several addresses and forget to check the one that they used when placing the order. If all else fails, write songsofroland@yahoo.com to explain that you still have not received the music and we'll make sure it gets to you right away!
12.Q. Do I have to pay the $15.00 price if all I want are a few copies?
A. No.
